We, at BSL Theory Test guarantee that you will pass the driving theory test 1^st time after using our software but in the unlikely event that you do not pass the driving theory test 1^st time after signing up with us then we will allow you to use our software again, free of charge. 

You are only under our guarantee when you sign up for the 60 day or 180 day service but not for the 14 day service.

You will receive the same service as the last one you paid for. For example, if the last service you paid for was the 180 day service and was unsuccessful in the theory test 1^st time after using our service then you are eligible to use another 180 days of our theory test software, free of charge. Another example is if the last service you paid for was the 60 day service and was unsuccessful on the 1^st theory test after signing up with us then you will be eligible to use another 60 days service, free of charge. If you sign up for the 14 day service then you are not under our guarantee and therefore not eligible to use our service again free of charge. You can of course pay for it again if you wish.

In order to be eligible for our pass guarantee you will need to notify us on what date your theory test is booked for as well as notifying us of any theory test date changes and if unsuccessful you will need to contact us within 12 months of failing the theory test to let us know that you were unsuccessful in order for us to give you your free subscription. We will need your provisional licence to confirm. If your theory test booking was changed or cancelled by the DVSA then you will still be eligible under our guarantee as long as you can provide proof of the change or cancellation.

Every time you purchase a 60 day or 180 day subscription with us you will then be under our theory test pass guarantee which means we guarantee that you will pass your next theory test otherwise we will allow to use our service again, free of charge.

The pass guarantee allows each candidate to use the service again free of charge only once after each purchase. For example, If you purchase three 60 day or 180 day (in any order) subscriptions from BSL Theory Test then you will be guaranteed up to 3 free of charge subscriptions if you are unsuccessful on the theory test.

The pass guarantee is not refundable nor transferable and only guarantees the person that is named on the purchase. We will need the provisional licence details to confirm eligibility.

If you are unsuccessful on your next theory test after signing up with us and want to use our service again then you will need to contact us. You have 12 months from the date of your theory test to use our pass guarantee otherwise it will expire and you will need to purchase again. When you are ready to use the software again then contact us, tell us the date that you want it to start again and we will restart it for you.
